I bought the shape up game for Xbox one. I get through one exercise and then the game freezes. I tried everything online from changing gamer pic to unlinking gamer tag. I brought the game back to the store traded for another one and still having exact same problem. I just want to play. I contact uplay last night and they were supposed to get back to me today but didn't hear anythjng.

Contacted Ubisoft via "my questions": No answer until now !!!
Removed Profile, changed picture, reinstalled the game - as seen in other forums - Nothing
Its just the trial, but not buying the game before its fixed and playing the trial
