    Ubisoft is an absolute joke

Another one here that fell victim to the broken key management system. I received my Nvidia code and preloaded a few days ago; come home from work today and cannot play. Then i look on the forums and see five threads full of people with the same issue. I submit a support ticket and "they will get back to me within the next two to three business days" What an absolute farce, they should be working 24/7 to resolve this issue. Preorder a game just to not even be able to launch it; never have these issues with Steam......

I think they're more focused on fixing the issue with PS3 digital copy not working than some other things so I would try to be patient

Heres a golden idea... how about we actually test our product before we go and release it?!? I know, I know sounds crazy, don't it.

Same issue here, I hope they fix it soon, im pretty dissapointed with the launch to be honest. There is obviously going to be issues at start, and we understand that, but like other said, try to sort this out before the offical release.'

    Sincerely,
One who hopes they fix the "Digital Rights" code

If you use USB gaming devices you probably wouldn't be able to play it anyways.

At least yours is free, try paying $80 for it and not being able to play it.

I do get that bugs and glitches happen on release day, they do!; however, issues such as digital rights and key codes should not be one of them. How hard is it to ensure that your own product keys are valid?

You do release that for Watch dogs, its been 6-7 months and people still crash at the launch screen. Just saying, patience doesn't usually work.

To the OP, can you stop the trolling please? This kind of thread is not encouraging at all.

Ubisoft can't be responsible for testing 999999999 PC configurations. Besides, it should be obvious if your PC has quality parts like most people the game runs without any issues. If you can't deal with it how about just get a console and you won't have to worry about it.
