    Pre-order still unavailable to play

    I got the game free with my GPU, and it still says it is just pre-ordered. It is 3:40 pm here, and others are already playing it. Why is my copy still unavailable? I've tried contacting support, twitter, anything i could, but of course no response. Is it a UPlay issue? I don't understand what's wrong, this is ridiculous.

    You have to enter the "Digital Rights" code that they send you in a email. Its hard to see, you have to actually highlight the email for it to show up.

    However, this "Digital Rights" code they gave you does not work and says that its already been activated by another account. It seems that ubisoft gave the whole world the same activation account. Lots of people have this issue, including me, and we are still waiting for a response from support or a fix.

    Ah ok thanks for the help guy. I will just play Dragon Age for a while, thankfully I wasn't really in a rush to play FC4.

    I tried that code thing and yes same here, code used on a different account.
    It's now 6:20 pm
    Still locked
    Still pissed
    EA now has competition for the worst company award this year

    I too am screwed over

    I"ve got the same issue here also. From this point on there is a zero chance in h3ll I'll be doing any further business with Ubisoft.

    It's now about 9:10 pm
    Still locked
    Really starting to doubt this will even be fixed this week. I'm done.
    Going to sleep now, gonna check in the morning and see if anything has changed (it won't)
