No fixes work. Why is it they can't get a simple machine like mine to work?
I7-3770
32 gig ram
8.1 enterprise
Logitech G19 KB
G13 keypad
G35 headset
SAITEK x52
Xbox 360 controller for pc
I have this connected and yup tried it without but I've never had a game have an issue even AC:Unity. (we know how that is going for your PR right now)
I want to know WHY your phones are busy. WHY your chats don't work. WHY your servers are down. ? WHAT IS THE ISSUE WITH THE PC VERSION!!!!
IF you can not answer this ...then at least how do I reclaim the wasted money?
-FORMER Ubisoft defender/Gamer
Troubleshooting as it were.
-Reloaded game multiple times
-Version checked
-Disconnected all usb devices ran a old kb/mouse to test with same crash results upon steam launch
-Rage at failure of game has been noted.
-Waiting for a fix for another game once again.
-Lesson learned: Don't pre-order no matter how much you want it from Ubisoft
Your answer does not fix the issue.Originally Posted by Lilzhim Go to original post
You also seem to not notice how you can not get your money back from Steam.
Real answers are desired. Not more smug stupidity.

I suppose we just wait. Its not worth it. Lets just hope this gets resolved before the weekend.
So far no luck. I did get through via phone to get an option to listen to the refund policy (they don't give refunds) it was automated.Originally Posted by Creedola Go to original post
I got to the queue for calls but it now says they are unable to accept more calls as the queue is fulll.
Advice...we wait ..By now they have to know of the issue.
Hey hatchet724,
Have you attempted to verify the game data through steam? If not, try this. If so, submit a ticket to our support here: http://support.ubisoft.com
They might just be able to help you work through this issue!
Yeah I dont think that will happen considering UbiSoft, ****ed up on Watch Dogs, AC Unity, and this as well. And all of it steams from is Ubisoft not complying with hardware manufactures. Proven fact, no one should have to disconnect any USB device, why, I bet you did not know that Windows 98SE was the first OS to implement this. Also as a developer for software, as a company you have to get permissions from all software had hardware manufactures. Especially with IEEE.Originally Posted by JasonParadise Go to original post
You're company as a whole has a lot to learn on the development side. All keyboards, mice are USB today, they are no longer PS/2 or AT. You all better get with the program. Sure we expect some bugs here and there. However the last three releases you all have put out to the market has issues with hardware and software. No one should ever have to comply as a customer to you all. Did you're company get with the following Razor, Logitech, Microsoft, Intel, Nvidia, ATI, AMD, IEEE, Gigabyte, Asus, MSI, DFI, ect...? I think not. You were supose to release a Alpha and a beta to the companies to check and make sure that your product works with out too many issues.
We will see how "The Crew" release goes before class action lawsuits take place. That would be the fourth major release by your company. Considering the number of complaints given for just the three that were recently released this year, I would not be surprised if or that you will loose several customers.
FYI, I did check with the companies I mentioned up above, and not one of them execpt for Intel and Nvidia knew about issues. AMD, ATI, Microsoft, Logitech, Razor, Huculese never recived a beta, or even Alpha of the software you were to release. The company I work for has to also comply with this to make sure there are no hardware issues and if there are, we work on it. Where as you're company did not. Sad really considering you should have known better as a corporation .
