was just speaking to Oh_Price about this and figured I would see if its just a us.
Has anybody noticed that you no longer get passes on tracks notifications anymore, as I have dropped a few places on the leaderboards it dawned on me I had no notifications on people passing me. This was one of the reasons I got myself back in the top ten and now I find myself playing just the slot machine and not even bothering with the tracks anymore.
I'm sure if they returned it would make me want to beat the people passing me.
also noticed I cannot seem to add people on Uplay I search for people that I know to be there but it will not find them or show them.
anybody else having these issues?

I am getting notifications whenever a friend passes me, but I have never gotten notifications for anyone else. Are the people passing your on your friend list?
Its been awhile since I tried to sarch or modify friends on Uplay so I cant comment on that... but Uplay in general has been very erratic in the last week or two.

Well for me I know linkin passed me on three bridges and until he told me i had no idea. I haven't recieved a notification for a friend passing my time in just about a month now. I just find it hard to believe with all the great players on my friends list that in that time not one has passed one of my times. Sucks cause that was a really cool feature to keep the game interesting which is $$@)&($ HARD lol

Yep messed with the settings changed nothing. It has never worked on my ipad only ever on my iphone only difference is I now have a 6 instead on a 5s but I would like to think that would make no difference. After no notifications for ages I suddenly started getting them again. And these last 5 minuets my iPads been going NUTS! Showing me the same notification twice at the same time and it's been over 20 times so far and it's every 20-30 seconds!Originally Posted by LinkinJon Go to original post

Edit. I have had 60+ notifications so far plus another 2 in the time it too to type this!
Edit...edit... So I disabled notifications on my ipad when the tally got past 100 notifications. 5 mins go by a guess what? It's now started on my bloody iphone! That's up to 17 notifi....18 notifications already... Make that 19 and it's happening that quick.
Sooooooooooo annoying you wish for something to return then it takes the piss and then you wish it gone!

Its been going haywire for me as well the last day or two. I have a picture I took yesterday of my Trials Frontier app icon with 903 notifications.It was all the same notification repeated over and over, every 30 seconds or so.
Because of the above, I've turned off notifications entirely within Frontier (from the Frontier Controls section, but not on IOS itself). After an hour or two I turned it on again... same notificiation kept coming. So I've turned it back off in the control section.
So is it quiet now? NOT REALLY.... Today I significantly improved my score on the track being referenced earlier....beat the guy in the noticiation.... and then I went to play ANOTHER game (not Frontier) and its being regularly interrupted by a Frontier message that seems to be outbound from my game to theirs (ex it says "carterclem7, xitooner has passed you on Pendulum and Melancholoy temple....") I'll see if I can get a picture of that....

I'm getting the same notification each 10 seconds. I deleted the friend and the same notifications keep coming.

I did laugh when my notifications jumped from ipad to iphone! My guess is they did one of there fixes for the notifications and maybe after not having any in so long there were all backed up and we got them all at once.

Issue is still occurring for me (notification-flooding of same message, 2 per minute), but I did figure out why I was getting messages that looked like they were being sent from me....I had switched to my alt ID (ie not really me anymore) and the message itself is very oddly formatted because it mentions TWO Ids having passed TWO tracks. Never saw that before; I guess its a way to group notifications so you dont get as many (funny how thats not true at the moment)
