Hey all, I recently bought and downloaded Far Cry 4 through steam (after checking the spec requirements of course). I was excited to see the game starts perfectly fine with no graphical or audio related glitches. However the first time I ran the game it reached the point of the intro where there is a bag over your head, the music, talking and video all synced up fine until the image froze mid-handshake but the audio continued, stopping shortly after. The game had no function left and I resorted to forcing its shut-down using task manager, which is never a good sign for any application. I promptly restarted the game only this time it reached just after the "FARCRY4" logo appears and the music cuts out, leaving me with a black screen (I understand this happens after the logo but there was visibly a considerable shift in shade), the game then took itself out of full screen and into windowed mode with a white screen. I attempted to check forums for any other complaints of this crash or similar crashes with no success. I updated every driver I have and unplugged all of my USB devices (as suggested by many people on forums) before attempting to load the game once more, only to reach the same point and have the same crash. I have since deleted FarCry4 from my steam library and have begun the tedious and time consuming task of reinstalling it in case that may help. For the sake of curiosity and clarification my PC's specs: AMD FX-8350
(AMD) Sapphire Dual-X R9-280x
16Gb 1866Mhz Kingston Hyper-x
Thanks a heap to anyone who can help
