FarCry 4 Very slow initial Loading times and No sound when using dolby digital

I opened this thread yesterday reporting the above, and it has been closed with a "contact support" message from some forum moderator, (you can find the closed thread at the end of this forum)
Firstly I thought THIS was tech support, secondly if you are ashamed of your mistakes, the solution is not to close a thread and banish people but to try being helpful and at least apologise to people that spend their hard earned cash on a game that obviously hasn't been tested thoroughly.
The reason I posted the thread is because I wan to share my issues with other people and see if a solution can be found, mainly because I have to wait like 5 minutes loading time before to be able to play and we both know its NOT my PC. Let alone I cant even use my Dolby digital surround and the software for other peripherals but I can sort of live with that.

I'm amazed by the way I have been treated. Lets see how long before they make also this disappear.

    FYI, the issues:

Just reporting a couple technical issues which I'll also post in the tech forum when its open, please note my game unlocked at 16 pm CET on 17th and I tried to sort the below since then.

    1) When starting the game in UBI, the first loading progress bar, the one with a sort of coloured snow in background starts fast then about 3/4 of the way it stops and starts to progress slowly, when at the end it sits there for minimum 2/3 minutes then it finally boots for a total of a good 4/5 min just to get in menu (Also tried disabling Crossfire, no luck.); once loaded and in menu all is fast and smooth.

    2) I use SoundBlaster Recon 3d external soundcard and headset set (connected optically to pc) and if I leave the sound on pc in Dolby Digital live (5.1 Surround) there is no sound in game (at boot and menu sound works), To avoid this I am forced to play in 16bts 4800Khz, every other game I ever played allows me to use DD, not using it lowers sound quality a lot.

    Thanks,

    Z.
