I guess the reason why no moderator answers here is because this is the discussion subforum. who has technical issues has to post in "technical support". i would suggest that we open ONE (!) thread there and everybody with the same problem replies it. thats the best way to show them, that the problem is far spreaded and to get attention (because of the many posts, thats why it makes more sense to open one thread for all of us)
i have no time at the moment, so please someone open a new thread @ technical support subforum.

we should go to the Technical Support Forums and there discuss our Problem, so they see how big its actually is.
i opened "the acceleration thread" pls feel free to relpy and complain about the problem, hopefully the mods see that we need a fix asap.

Look at my profile about me I'm the lowest of the low hospital staff I have an old pc not x99, x79, i7, z97,z87 but a z77 with a new card... and turning on mouse acceleration then using options to adjust mouse sensitivity has solved this 99% for me. Go cry to your mother
I have exactly the same problem : I can not aim correctly because of mouse controls (same issue in Far Cry 3, i wasn't able to play correctly too). For people who are used to play real FPS games (from ubisoft or other editors (Battlefield 4 for example)) it is quite unplayable, and ruin the experience. I thought it would have been fixed in Far Cry 4 compared to Far Cry 3, but no, and I am really disappointed...
Hope this will be fixed soon, but as Ubi hasn't fixed it since Far Cry 3 launch, I despair it will be fixed...
Echoing what has been said already. Mouse feels slow and unresponsive, no in-game options or manual tweaks of config files has worked as a fix.
An FPS on pc with inadequate mouse controls is unacceptable. A fix is required. It's incredibly disappointing that something like this could have been overlooked and only feeds into recent attitudes regarding Ubisoft games and poor quality control. Unfortunate, but true. If a fix isn't released soon, I'll be opening tickets with both Steam and UBI for a refund.
