When i set the game to borderless the screen goes larger and only the top left quarter of the screen is visible, any way to fix?

Can confirm, I am also having this issue.

For whatever reason, when enabled, I only see the upper left corner of the screen. Here is a fullscreen image of the main menu in borderless windowed mode: http://i.imgur.com/8y07K6a.jpg

I was having the same issue...tried running in borderless to stop the random stutters, cause i read that helped. I turned off "DSR - Factors" in the Nvidia control panel found on the global settings tab of "Manage 3D Settings". Just uncheck them all and borderless should work fine, tho it doesn't help with the stuttering framerate issue that I tried it for.

I'm having the same issue and turning off DSR-Factors didn't help at all.

I have no stuttering, but the same borderless problem. However I also have two screens (see screenshot above). As you can see, the borderless mode overflows onto the second screen, but also gets cut off at the bottom. Also the game becomes fuzzy and blurry, almost like its upscaling from the native resolution. Also, DSR has always been disabled for me, so it can't be that.

its really annoying having to use bordered window. Using nVidia control panel, I was able to create a fake resolution that allows my bordered window to fit perfectly inside the one screen (by subtracting the pixel size of the borders from the native resolution). But still, borders...eugh..

...As an experiment, I tried going to different resolutions in borderless mode. The rendered resolution seems to change as the picture gets blurrier at lower resolutions and sharper at higher resolutions... But the actual amount of screen its trying to use stays the same, falling off the display to the left and to the bottom.
