    OK...it's the 18th...Why can't I play?

    I have had the game preloaded in Uplay since yesterday. It said it would be available the 18th, but it still says it has not been release. WTF?

    Have you gotten the email saying that your order was fulfilled?

    - Check your order history on shop.ubi.com
    - If it says "completed" open the order up and copy the code in there.
    - Redeem it on uPlay

    It does not unlock automatically. you have to redeem the code to get it unlocked.

    uPlay is not like Steam. Things dont happen right on the dot.

    From what I was reading it says it won't be available on Uplay until 3 AM EST (Midnight PST).

    It depends on your time zone. If your order has been completed you can play now. For the record its 12:20 EST and I just installed the new patch, which is actually just the rest of the game that wasnt given during preload.

    The game is live now for EST.

    Game is pre-loaded. It's November 18 12:40AM I live in Montreal GMT-5 and still can't play the game. I'm on PC using Uplay.

    Not sure

    I preordered the game as well. I got the confirmation email, but when I try to redeem the code, uplay rejects it. I am wondering if they sent me the entire code. The format was XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. Or they have a new coding scheme. Not sure. I contacted customer support. No reply yet.

    I have a feeling us in east coast Canada don't get it until 3am EST. Toronto Canada here, and still nothing.
