    I can't even enter the codes I got - let alone see if they actually work

    Whenever I press enter for the redeem code section the button just flashes and I can't even start to type in the code =(

    far cry 4 preorder codes

    so I've got far cry 4 limited edition and unlike the majority of posts where they can get 1 code working and then the other one doesn't work, i can't get either. As soon as i get to the page and log in "we are sorry but this offer is not available in your region". Don't even get a chance to type in a code. I've come back over the days and it still hasn't changed and i've got no idea what the problem is.

    Like the poster before me it has been over a week since I should have received the Codes I paid for. I have submitted a support ticket asking for some resolution and updated it every couple of days but I have had no response except for the initial 'You will receive your e-mail with the codes soon.'

    I can't get any information about my problem but apparently what I can get is a survey about customer service...

    It's been over a week.

    THAT IS NOT SHORTLY.

    I doubt anybody from Ubisoft even reads these forums , let alone gives a damn about their customers..

    I feel like a company I once trusted has cheated me and then purposefully ignored any attempt to rectify the problem or even get some tiny tidbit of information about what is happening. If I don't get a response in the next 24 hours I'm done with Ubisoft.

    I also have this issue and have been unable to resolve it. I tried submitting a question through the tech support and it twice just sent me an automated response that had nothing to do with the issue I was having. I keep trying to log in to the site - http://far-cry.ubi.com/en-GB/preordercode/index.aspx - to try redeem my code every few days hoping that ubi will get its act together and fix it but no luck so far. We are sorry but this offer is not available in your region.

    Ok, it's been a week since my original post in this thread and I've tried contacting the people I purchased the game through and also lodged a support ticket with Ubisoft (usual chain - they asked for pics of box, codes, pamphlets and proof of purchase) to be told

    "We want to apologise for the delay your experiencing in regards to getting your pre-order content key for Far Cry 4. We are aware of this issue and you will receive an e-mail with the key for the content shortly. We are unable to give an exact timescale but we are confident your have this content available soon."

    That was 4 days ago and no result - This pretty much does it for me now, even EA had more timely support than this last time I dealt with them on a pre-order problem.

    Thanks for the response. I admit I am genuinely surprised and that's a good thing.

    I do understand Ubisoft is stretched thin at the moment but I also think that the lack of communication with the customers is escalating the frustration. Perhaps a sticky on the forums with a heads up about what the problem is would help us understand what has happened. I know that myself (and the others I know) would have been happy with some kind of communication beyond "You'll get it shortly" would at the very least make us feel like someone was dealing with the problem and cared abut the customer.

    I also received an update from technical support on my ticket today with the following:

    Which is pretty much the same thing as the previous message but at least it offers an apology.

    It has been 8 days since the release, i have finished the game and never got my bonuses. WTF Ubisoft?? Will never pre-order your game ever again!

    This really is poor customer service which is pretty to expected from Ubi soft. I have put in a ticket and heard nothing, why bother pre-ordering a game if you cant redeem the bonus. Guess I have learned my lesson, don't bother pre-ordering Ubi soft games again!
