Nope -- Not for all of us. Still getting that error with a preorder code from a gtx970 purchase via NewEgg.
I think a lot of folks are still in the same boat: preorder codes that they can't redeem or activate to get the final release.
I've been checking since midnight of Nov 17 onward.

I know this kind of thing is tricky, Ubibros, but with hundreds of support queries unanswered it just fans the neck-beard flames.

Pre-ordered from amazon months ago and entered the code but still not received any DLC apart from what was in the limited edition case.

The other issue is just them being slow, that's perhaps just sloppy process, rather than a bug or issue with the game itself. I'm not kissing anyone's *** I'm just not an impatient, spoilt brat who's misguided sense of entitlement knows no bounds. Get over yourself and have a bit of patience.

You get over yourself clown if you have no problem then piss off and play the game. Don't tell me 2 have patience 2 day's after the release as for kissing Ubisoft's *** you are doing a good impersonation. Who knows maybe you work for them you seem like the type who is so laid back and couldn't give a stuff 2 suggest it is spoilt brat behaviour or "entitlement" mentality 2 expect something you have paid for show's how stupid you are. Either way I don't give a **** keep posting your supportive crap and this is why companies behave like this. I'll put it this way so even you may understand don't feed me a **** sandwich and expect me 2 say thanks it ain't happening.

Just cancelled my Crew pre-order until this dishonest lying company improve their service. 56 hours after game is released and still waiting for an email to "unlock" content I paid for. Ubisoft = Scum

Its damn annoying to be honest. I live in Queensland Australia and I'm having two problems. 1.) being the far cry 4 service issue for co op and multi player and 2.) is on the far cry 4 website where we have to enter our pre-order codes. It just sais "WE ARE SORRY BUT THIS OFFER IS NOT AVAILABLE IN YOUR REGION."

Its a shame since I cannot order 2 codes because of this. The game has been out for days now and these things are not fixed!!!!!!!

So I pre-ordered back in July and got the Blood Ruby DLC. I got the "new" code today so I have that downloaded. I had a question if anyone or Ubisoft knows. The Yak Farm seems to be a last minute pre-order dlc. Since I already had the game pre-ordered, does that entitle me to the Yak Farm too or would I have had to pre-order another copy of it? I would hope Ubisoft would include it for those who pre-ordered it months ago. Or am I wrong? I have emailed and tweeted Ubisoft and haven't heard back yet.

WEll, I got my pre-order codes in my Kyrat edition here in Australia for two extra missions and an extra weapon - the weapon was unlockable in uplay with the code, which is fine, but the other two had to be input on the pre-order code page. Which I did, and both times I was told I would get an email with instructions on how to activate them - presumably I'd get actual uplay codes instead of preorder codes. No emails yet. I'd imagine extra content for a game, the email should come pretty quickly, no?

2 days after release and I have not received an email. I entered the code @ www.farcrygame.com/preordercode and was sent an email stating:

"You will receive an email on the day of release with information on how to unlock your in-game content on you selected platform"

What is the point of pre-ordering if you guys cannot deliver what was promised!!!

Only got 1 mail with "Far Cry 4 Confirmation: Your pre-order code has been redeemed" but nothing more. Where is that code? What i have to do now?

So I finally checked my amazon pre0order code in my email got the code, redeemed it and it told me I wud get the hurks redemption the harpoon gun the yak farm and the elephant gun, and all I got twas the elephant gun? what gives?
