so i pre ordered locally through a site called mighty ape as i usually do and was given two codes for the "blood ruby" and "driller pack". these codes arent for psn but for http://far-cry.ubi.com/en-GB/preordercode/index.aspx
so i redeem the first code fine. no problems. i go to redeem the second code annnnd YOU HAVE ALREADY REDEEMED YOUR PRE-ORDER CODE

hopefully my ticket will be taken care of before my copy arrives today but when you have seperate pre order bonus codes and your site only lets you redeem one....i mean come on you should've seen this problem coming.
I'm having the same problem what a joke. I bought Limited Edition from eb games Australia and it comes with 2 codes 1 for the Yak farm pack and 1 for the driller pack. I can only enter 1 code wtf? Also the game has been out here for 11 hours and I still have received nothing in my email. Why do you make it so very hard 2 redeem codes? I'm at the point I will never pre order a ubisoft game again.

Same as the others EB aus gave two preorder codes yet i can only enter one and not only that but i have nothing unlocked even though the game was released already. Is there any word about this at all... from anywhere on a resolution? Or can we just expect to be SH*t upon from a great height from a customer perspective?
I hope you are I have just spent a frustrating 30 minutes on hold to an Indian call centre (I'm in Australia) and they wanted me to go back to EB games (even though it's not their problem) and also prove with a digital image that they wanted me 2 send 2 them that I bought the game. This is not customer service the game has been released in Australia for 15 hours. I have an email saying my first code which was accepted that I would get instructions how to unlock it and I'm still waiting. I'm like everyone else I can't even input my second code.
