Skies in FC4, do the clouds move?

Or are they static like in FC3 when your character stops to look? It's a nice touch to the atmosphere when the clouds move. And I've done net searches and looked at videos but they're moving a little to fast for me to tell. That sounds lame and I thought I'd be able to tell just from the videos but I can't.

Depends on how intoxicated you are when you're looking at them.

I rather have less bugs and glitches than better graphics to be honest... it just goes to show you how priorities are different for some people. I'll surely spend more time capping some heads than looking up at the blue sky waiting for them to cap my head, that's for sure

^ I'll take the circular movement. Now that I know the clouds move I'm all clear and prepared to get into the gameplay, story and missions when it comes out in 3 or 4 hours... Ok just teasing about cloud movement being my requirement before playing this. I would've bought it anyway even with static clouds like I did with FC3.
