    Can't progress on AC:Unity companion app - stuck in training

    On the companion app for AC:Unity I was logged in to my uPlay account, yet it indicated it was not connected to PC even though I'm playing AC:Unity on the PS4. I was able to do the first 3 glyph puzzles and also some nomad missions, and after initiating one of the nomad missions I closed the app.
    When I returned to the app, the mission had finished and my level 3 nomad had died, but, the progress on the app seemed to be reset, and it was finally indicating that it was connected to the PS4. At first there didn't to be a problem, but now I'm stuck in training because the death of the nomad carried onto the reset progress and I don't have a level 3 nomad available to complete training. I can't recruit other nomads either because the option is disabled.

    Any way I can fully reset the progress?

    Dont think you can had this happen to me with 7 alive assasins, they all gone and everything reset, and no button to buy new ones. so ...........

    I have already unlock 5 chests. But my proress is reset, all my efforts amounted to nothing in the end!!!!!!
    And when I finish the first training , the mission can not continue.

    I also tried contacting Ubisoft support and to file some bugs, but the system won't save it, it just gives me a general error message saying it could not save the report.

    Still No help

    How are so many people having the same problem yet there is no answer or help from Ubisoft. It's not like we're on the Ubisoft forum or anything.

    And the issue remains on the latest update, event hough it states on the update details that the "no assassin" bug has been fixed.

    Same problem here. I cant finish third mission of training coz i dont have lvl3 asssassin. Ubi fix this ******ed app

    Same problem. I submit a ticket in late november and have not yet had a response from them. Called Ubisoft and their reps won't support the app,; said i had to wait for the mobile team to respond to my ticket. Waiting stinks....

    Please, I have the same problem. My user is rtovallekas and i have 30000 points nomad with another assassin bought in uplay which i havent got; and i cant continue. I bought the part premium from the beginning and then I initiated session; for if it serves them as something. What must I do? Please, help me.

    Any updates?

    i'm still getting this problem with my unity (premium) app. I am stuck at the 'nomad mission - training ground 01'. It tells me to 'play glyph puzzles to unlock missions'. however when i look at the 'glyph puzzle - sainte-chapelle', the first two puzzles are complete and there is an option for 'complete training. when clicking it, I then get transferred to the 'nomad mission - training ground 01'. I'm therefore stuck in a loop that i cannot get out of.

    It's been this way now for almost a year - has anyone found a workaround? Thanks
