I have the same problem, but I have preloaded other Uplay games like Watch Dogs (I was able to play it 5 days before release)Originally Posted by kampi71 Go to original post
so I'm not sure if it's just an error or if they don't want us to preload the game.
Yes and that's exactly the point. It's the first time I got this specific error message when trying to preload a game instead of some "not available" message or something. I read in some other corresponding thread that several folks can already download the game (nvidia promo and over origin or steam) and the question is why we're not able to do so? So it would be good to know if this message is just an indication for still not available for some kind of keys, server probs or maybe some local client issues on our side.Originally Posted by Constantin9999 Go to original post![]()
UPlay just needs to be run as Administrator. Just go into the start menu, or your desktop icon and right click then hit run as Administrator. Alternatively you can just hold down CTRL+Shift then click on it. That is the Windows Shortcut for running as an Admin. Hope this helps you guys.Originally Posted by Max2000Warlord Go to original post![]()
When i had the OP's problem, running in Admin mode didn't help at all, admin is not the answer to all problems, waiting till after a weekend and allowing them to get through all the posts on the forums is the best course of action after submitting a ticket.Originally Posted by Peer_Review Go to original post
