I have never seen this. Maybe you have to beat it without doing more than 1 second of wheelie? Weird.

Whether it is a bug or not, I don't know.
I'm a long timer player and I got that task only once (iOS). Don't do a wheelie.

I have ran into the -1 glitch several times, most of them being wheelie, one rare occurence being Inverted Airtime. I just cancel it out with a meter of wheelie or a bit of airtime, and then I'm finished with the objective. Nothing bad has happened when I see it, no game crashes, no broken slot machines, nothing bad; just a simple error that I play through.
