My one lesson learned from this is: don't spend gems on anything but fuel upgrades.

To give them RIGHT AWAY though is a slap in the face to everyone who spent gems and time doing a totally boring,repetitive set of quests for days on end. How many of those die-hard players are going to do it again next time they LIE once more and tell us that doing the quests was the only way to get the tracks and that they have no plans to give the content in the near future?

Only 3300 people across IOS and Android did all 4 quests and earned those tracks. 500 million pumpkins be damned; they took the meaning and effort of players and threw it in the trash. Glad people can get those tracks but..... Not right away.

Worst way to deliver new content ever. Worst PR move in this game so far.

I didn't get the fourth track and felt ripped off but I definitely don't agree with this happening so soon. I'm glad for my own selfish reasons, but if I had spent time and gems(!) completing the challenges I would feel extremely ripped off. Almost cheated out of gems/money!

Luckily i spent max 20gems on this pumpkin missions, got all tracks, missed only 2 paintjobs.

but giving the tracks for others for "free" and so soon makes me mad and sad. They should wait minimum a few weeks, and then release them with quite low possobility to loot wheel, or ability to buy with gems like the island.

There is not enoughe respect to us "grinders" who managed to play enough to smash enough pumpkins in time. Next time I'll skip the missions and wait for the levels come to me without my effort.

Hi,

We released the tracks on a huge public demand we received from our players during the event. The idea behind it was to provide the tracks to players who couldn't unlock them on time due to player.bin issues. Having said that, we do understand the some of you spent your time and gems to earn them during the event and we deeply appreciate that. But due to glitch from our side we had to do give an additional chance to the players who didn't get chance to earn the tracks during the event. We hope you understand this. Rest assured we have heard you all and we will keep this in mind for our future updates.

EDIT: oh, if you ment the halloween tracks... got them on those missions.
but normal lootwheel tracks, I think I was quite lucky with them.

Nice to hear from you but really.... as you can read above we were fine with you giving those people another chance, at those tracks, etc. Bugs happen and honestly nobody is really looking to gain an long-term advantage by prohibiting others from getting all existing tracks. Its in the best interest of the game that there is a fair playing field, and if anything I was really surprised you guys made it sound like you weren't going to let everyone get those tracks while the event was going on.

What we didnt like was you providing those tracks IMMEDIATELY, since it made a mockery of the hours of work of those who did your quests. You could have easily waited until the next update, or announced some reasonable timeframe before releasing the tracks, and everyone would have understood. If you guys did learn something from this... please make sure you learned that.

I won many of my loot wheel tracks on the first spin. I would have earned almost all of them that way, but I do get impatient enough to spend my gems when I see my spot dropping so quickly on the LB.

Seconded. I appreciate the explanation, but it would really have been nice if you guys gave us the news a little earlier so people like me weren't literally losing sleep to get the tracks. While I realize that is no fault of your own, and it is my decision to play the way I do, but you have to realize how dedicated some people are to Trials, and games in general, while at the same time we all still have jobs and lives to live as well.

If there is another event in the future I hope it is handled a bit better than this one was.
