    Fuel Issue - Help!

    I attempted to play this afternoon (last time of play was the night before) and my tank was empty (0/86) and the next tank recharge read 9 hours! What's going on? It's now about 7 hours left so I am unable to play at all unless I use gems to buy fuel which I am not about to do. I've spent well over $50 on upgrades already.

    They have implemented a penalty system for people changing the clock or date on their devices and I think there could possibly be a bug that affects random people who have actually done nothing wrong. I'm sure I read on the forums a while ago someone having this very issue. Have a search if you like think its within a few weeks ago.

    If you feel you have been wronged then I suggest submitting a ticket to ubisoft support for assistance.

    Thanks for the info. Looks like I'm one of those who got punished randomly for doing nothing. It's a shame they have to enact such things but I guess if they didn't nickel and dime everyone to death just to make headway in the game, people wouldn't try to cheat the system. Every update brings more to spend on. I'm done spending money on this game. I don't mind paying for games I enjoy but there are very few games that cost > $50. I think if you've spent that much, there should be no more pay items.

    I don't see any value in spending time opening a ticket when I'll get a mere "sorry" response.

    I totally agree I'm not sure how much I have spent on this game in the year I have been playing but I will never spend a penny on it. Not with what they did after the Halloween event. I bought gems to help get the 100s and get the tracks quicker it really was not worth playing the same tracks over and over and bloody slowly to.

    I was close to being done with this game before I'm even closer now it just depends what comes next from them.

    Yeah you could be right they may just say sorry, is it back to normal now?

    this same thing happened to me and i created a thread about it and of course there hasnt been any acknowledgement of the incident. I also have problems with my slot machine time resetting after i get an alert that says its ready which i assume is a related bug.

    Yeah, I wouldn't expect to hear anything from them. It's probably happening to a minority of people and unless it becomes a big problem for everyone, we'll just have to grin and bear it.
    I've noticed the same thing with the slot machine. It used to be available again once the special prizes countdown time reached 0 but they changed it relatively recently so it does not. However, it does appear to be a bug that it looks like it will let you use it when the counter reaches 0 like it used to but then the new code kicks in and says NO SOUP FOR YOU.

    That does not surprise me at all, by resetting you mean timer starting over but gems reducing to 1? that happens to me at least once a day. maybe I have been checking the wrong posts or just missed them but I have not noticed any posts from Devs on here for a while
