We published a Live Updates blog on Performance Optimizations Currently Being Tested with an update on what we're doing to fix framerate.
  • What can I do in the meantime?
    • If playing single player, we suggest that you disconnect from your internet connection (wifi or network cable).It could potentially improve frame rate.

-Matchmaking co-op issues. WORKING ON IT WORKAROUND BELOW FOR PS4 and PC
  • How to join friends in a Co-op game?
    • Invite a player into your gameworld. NOTE: don’t be in a mission, be in free roam.
    • The player joins.
    • Manually start a coop mission by going to the marker on the map, or joining the coop mission from the progress tracker.
    • Coop will work.

- Corrupted Saves or Lost Progress. WORKAROUND BELOW

  • We've received some reports of players' saves being damaged or corrupted.

Not able to progress past Sequence 1 / Memory 3 if you started to play as you were downloading the game WORKAROUND BELOW
  • What to do?
    • Allow the game to finish downloading and installing. Once finished, you’ll be able to go on within the game. You can check the download progression within your platform. Thanks for your patience.
    • If on PS4, select Assassin's Creed Unity in your Playstation Library, press Options, then Information. The Download Status should say 41.86 /41.86 GB before you start playing.

- For some players, not able to complete Sequence 7 / Memory 3 Confront Bellec Mission WORKAROUND BELOW FROM THE PLAYERS

Xbox1 ONLY

- Uplay members may get put in a 45s ‘Please Wait’ screen after passing the ‘Press A’ engagement on the screen before reaching the main menu WORKING ON IT

- Helix Credits issues.
  • Players are unable to view Catalog in the E-shop FIXED
  • Players cannot purchase Helix credits FIXED
  • If you do not receive your Helix Credits right away, fully exit out of the game, and restart your console.
