    How do i redeem codes? Seems not working

    When i try to type in a code that option doesnt even load. Anyone with the same problem?

    When i pre-ordered the game i got a preorder code which gives me some gear and weapons. And when i go to E-store to redeem a code it doesnt open for me. Its liek the option is empty
    Edit: i cant also open Uplay ingame maybe i is something with that.(yes i have in my launcher the option enabled to acces for supported games)

    I can't access to my rewards either or get my Unite -program code to work, and the Uplay client is showing me that I have 0 Uplay Units when I had over 300 this morning. Also the client is crashing and behaving a bit oddly when it comes to displaying things or trying to work with it...
    Not that all this surprises, every release day comes with its "new" problems. Try again later, see if anything gets fixed.

    well i guess they patched uplay out for now ebcause when it was enabled the game kept crashing

    and i can't redeem the gear from figurine of arno and elise..

    Well I thought I had the same problem then I checked via this.

    There is a cogwheel at the top right of uplay. Click It. There is an option to see your product (Account Detail or something)

    I bought the gold edition which include all the preorder items inside such as the saber of honour.

    You can also check these information in game such as DLC or season pass.
