Please fix this immediately because like I said earlier, this is unacceptable. The money has already been taken off my VISA account. So give me my purchased item. I don't care that you have problems and I'm not a patient man. When i buy something, I want this immediately and not hours or days later. When you deliver a game, make sure everything works fine.

Still no helix points. C'mon Ubisoft, fix this! I bought the Guillotine Collector's edition which cost 150 Euro. And I bought for 49,99 Euro Helix points. That's 200 Euro! I feel robbed. I tried to reset the PS4: no result. I went to Uplay: no result. I went to the Estore: no result. I filed a complain via email to Ubisoft: no answer! Nice one, Ubisoft. I think I'm going to cancell my Far Cry 4 Kyrat Edition.

@ ubi-mush,: I have read your thread. But how in God's name did Ubisoft do such bad work on the game? And why bring out such an unfinished game? We, customers, are paying the price. Thanks a lot!

This should now be fixed for PC. Still working on it for Consoles, Make sure to restart the game to see your credits appear in the meantime.

You would think if something isnt working, you would disable it in game...Ubi already lost a lot of gamers trust, now this. I am along with the others, spent $20 on it...get 220 credits but waiting on the rest. Kind of pitiful actually.

On PS4: Uplay still down, Estore doesn't work, still no Helix points that I bought yesterday! It's really annoying. I think when I finally will get my Helix points, my game will be beaten. So, 49,99 Euro payed for nothing.

Have downloaded latest ACU update and still no Helix credits! Rebooted PS4 and tried once again! People i think we are beeing scammed.

It must be a scam! They say they are fixing the problem, I don't believe it! It's already been 32 hours since I bought Helix points at the Playstation Store and I paid 49,99 Euro and I got nothing! I'm going to talk with familymembers who are lawyers and ask them what to do!

Can we get an idea of when this might be ready for the PS4? Will you be attempting to get this done during the weekend?

I spent the money on the Helix and would like to get the hacked items I attempted to purchase before I finish the game, and the stuff I hacked becomes useless.

UPDATE: Restarted PS4 and the Helix Credits were there and the items I hacked were available.

Bought 2 helix packs for £39.99 each yesterday morning directly through the ps store before getting game, received ps4 version yesterday afternoon from amazon and installed it and updates, but still no helix credits, every time i go to the helix pack page within game where you purchase packs, pages tells me packs unavailable and still not received my credits.
