Purchased Helix point yesterday and I did not receive them. In the moment, I thought it was a glitch with my xbox system (because it had happened once before) when I didn't see them and didn't think my account had money removed. Bought another one today, same issue and now I see 2 $20.00 purchases from my account. No offense, but you need to fix this and quick because this a large amount of money to spend and then have to wait on a return because of a problem on your end.
Please expedite this issue.

I've been trying to send my complaint to Ubisoft for awhile but I've had to fight login errors when I clearly put in the right password. I did password reset and still was getting a error. Then when I finally managed to work my way in using my Microsoft account I got in and I wasn't able to send my complaint cause of another error which I have screenshot proofs of everything. Now why I'am going through all this trouble in the first place is because I didn't receive my in-game currency (helix credits). Ive spent $39.99 for my first round of helix credits and I got them with no problems. Then as I go my second batch worth $59.40 I don't receive any of it. I thought it was just me into I did some digging on the internet and seen that many people were having this bug issue. Please refund my purchase or award me with my helix credits. Don't get me wrong I love Assassins Creed Unity but when real money starts to get lost and no compensation is met then there is a real problem. I have screenshot proof of my purchase confirmations if needed. Money has been removed from my account with no rewards on the other end.
