Any progress ubisoft? Im patiently waiting for my helix credits to go through on my armor purchases

This is now my second post regarding the missing helix credits. I purchased both the season pass that was supposed to give me two helix credit packs and I purchased an additional $20 helix credit pack and have zero helix credits in game. Can somebody please give me an estimated time of when this will be fixed because I'm starting to get frustrated, as are many other assassins creed fans.

I bought the 99.99€ pack. I didnt receive enything even after the delay. the europe version being 3 Days behind and yet this is an issue.
I want my points and that Will be the last time i invest my hard earned money in Ubisoft

I'm trying to buy a few weapons and it keeps saying "connection failed" "sorry, the required Ubisoft services are currently unreachable. Please try again later. For more information visit assassinscreed.com/help. [0x70000053] How long is this going to take to get the crap up and running again?!?!

Also, every SINGLE time I log in ACU, my Helix credits always fluctuate from alot to a little. How long do we have to wat to play with no worries??

Is there any status on when this is going to be fixed. I tried to purchase a couple items and now those items show that there is a pending transaction and I am unable to do anything with them.

I made two purchases of 19.99 for the 3200 credits and a purchase of 4.99 for 500 credits and have only seen 500 credits so far. Gamer tag is Vormund Nazriel on Xbox one

I purchased the 20 000 Helix for 99.99 EUR and haven't revived all of them. I only revived 120 of the 20 000. Please get this fixed as soon as possible.

Thanks for telling us. . .I also had an issue with helix and I ain't going to just let my 19.99 go to waste. After I bought it I only saw 220 which it clearly states 3200 helix points along with addition helix points but just this morning when I check again that 220 is gone. My ps4 username is Preliminary7.

Same thing happened to me. This morning I go to play and see a dash next my Helix Points meaning I have none. They better give me my points back or I will not only have my bank remove the charge from my account, but also lead an endless anti Ubisoft crusade.

We are currently experiencing issues with our real-money in-game currency (Helix Credits). We are working on getting this resolved as quickly as possible and will update you immediately once it is fixed.

I'm having the same problem I got the $26.95 pack and the $13.45 pack and all I've gotten is 220 Helix points
