Still nothing! Ubisoft, it's been 4 days now since you know of this problem. You are not going to tell me that you can't fix this problem in 4 days! What the hell are you doing? And no updates! No answer at our questions! It's really polite! I want my money back! I have waited enough. I'm fed up with it! You are worse than EA!

I just logged in on my ACU and now i see that i have 320 helix points...???? I bought the 19,99 pack and it said i should be getting 2000 and now i have 320.... What the hell are you guys doing? Ive been waiting and waiting and there still isn't a single fix. Come on Ubisoft a company this big shouldn't have this crap released ......

From what i can tell the problem that myself and some other have is that we purchased the helix packs through the PlayStation Store directly and it would seem the that game and the PlayStation Store are not communicating, so when i keep being told told restart game by numerous people it doesn't help, i did not buy the helix packs through the game menu, when i go to the actual menu within game where you can purchase helix packs, there is nothing to buy it says helix packs unavailable, that's why i don't think the game is communicating with the PlayStation Store. Don't know if this is the same for the Xbox One. This problem needs resolving.

Same story as everyone else, i have purchased the £15.99 package from PSN Store and have not received the Helix credits in game, I have tried restarting the game multiple times as the workaround suggests but still no Helix Credits, I have also tried to raise a ticket for this but after filling in the form all i get is an error, If there is another form i need to fill in please post a link

On http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php...T-KNOWN-ISSUES, the issue i have on my PS4 sounds like the issue Xbox One users have, not being able to view e shop catalog and not being able to purchase helix credits, but yet the only issue concerning helix credits under PS4 category is an issue with not all credits showing up, which is where the workaround that people keep telling me to do is shown. The workaround probably only works for people who have actually somehow bought helix packs through the in game menu, which i cant even do. The problem seems to effect PS4 as-well not just Xbox One. The packs should be pulled from the PS Store until the issue is fixed, because more and more people are purchasing the packs and then not receiving them and its most likely creating a huge backlog of transactions.
