I definitely hate the prospect of having to make the decision to never purchase another Ubisoft title as this is just frustrating to the max!!! I purchased Helix credits last night and I am still not able to see them. Hello I play on the XB1 and have purchased the 19.99 helix pack. I did however receive all of my credits right as I was supposed to without any issues. Unfortunately a day or two after purchasing them and maybe even using to upgrade a few pieces I find that there is some kind of transaction already in progress which keeps me from being able to upgrade any items with helix instead I have to use the other method which is by far way more expensive in-game...after doing some research I find that yes Ubisoft is experiencing technical difficulties. My concern is more so why would anyone pay for any of the helix packs again after this type of issue occurs let alone the single fact that we cant upgrade our gear the way we feel more appropriate. My question to Ubisoft is this:"Being that I was unable to use any helix credits that I have instead having to go the more expensive route now, can I be reimbursted the non helix upgrade currency being that I am left with no choice in the matter?" PS4 player here of Assassins Creed Unity, purchased $9.99 helix pack medium and have not received it yet. An update in the support says they were taken care of but i cannot find the ones i bought.

Well I was trying to get some helix points first time was on tuesday and nothing was added to my acct, well maybe I didn't complete the purchase so I tried today to buy the 49.99 pack, well I been charge twice and I'm still without my helix points, the money is not the problem but not have my points is what really matters to me, does someone know where do I need to send email or complain about this?

So yesterday I bought some helix points and got them all and spent them with some minor frustrations. Today, 11/13 I bought another $19.99 Helix pack around about 1:30pm EST and I am still without the points. It's now 5:26pm EST. What's the deal Ubi? It worked yesterday. Any ETA on a resolution?
