Hello.

My recent in-game purchase through Assassin’s Creed Unity has been processed and 45,99 TRY has been debited from my Steam Wallet but I did not get my Helix Credits. What sould I do now?

Same for me - yesterday I purchased the small pack, the money was debited from my steam wallet, but no credits were added; a day has passed but still nothing.

I am still waiting for my helix too. Dear authorities, What kind of bullshiit is this? I paid about 4 days ago, you took my money but I am still waiting. I do not care about money but seriously it is annoying!

I certainly hope this gets sorted asap. I expected a delay of maybe 1 to 2 days but it's been almost a week now and still nothing!

Same problem here, bought mine today at 28th of december, still havn't received anything.

You said you had issues 1 month ago, and they still linger, how is that possible?

Janurary 1st... So just a couple minutes ago I purchased two 19.99 Helix credits and haven't received them , and yesterday I purchased the revolutionary arms pack but , it says the weapons are still locked? Please fix this as soon as possible or update me

Bought Helix (AC:U) on Jan.14th got charged on my credit card already and haven't received them yet... I also got charged twice because I didn't know that there were an issue with it :|

We are currently experiencing issues with our real-money in-game currency (Helix Credits). We are working on getting this resolved as quickly as possible and will update you immediately once it is fixed.

same here i've followed ubisofts instructions on other pages which haven't worked and tried submitting a support ticket as instructed, which doesn't work either.

Just making sure my money gets its worth, bought the gold edition of syndicate, and also the 20$ helix pack. I only have 500 helix credits. MadSUCKBUCKET is my Xbox 1 gamertag.
