The packs should be pulled from the PS Store until the issue is fixed, because more and more people are purchasing the packs and then not receiving them and its most likely creating a huge backlog of transactions.
    Finally someone who understands it. I don't think Ubisoft thought about this. Or they just want to cash the money. Unbelievable! Thanks Davidthall1986 for this information. Maybe you should work at Ubi? Maybe then everything would be solved much faster! I can't understand how an International company like Ubisoft mess this up and not coming up with a fix/solution?

    I am just trying to make the problem with the helix packs much more clearer to Ubisoft, so they understand in more detail what the problem us the customers who have bought there product and then bought additional digital products to help us with the game. I have bought two helix packs at £39.99 each as well as the actual game another £39.99, with out realizing there was an issue with the micro transaction system. I just want Ubisoft to actually show they are trying to sort this issue for PS4 not just the issue with not all credits showing on the menu. Because for people looking at the problems list for PS4 it just seems ubisoft are focus only one helix credit problem(not all credits appearing) and telling customers there is a workaround, and not focusing also on the issue that effects me and many others (credit packs bought through PS Store not appearing at all which i think is a connection issue between Ubisoft and the PS Store).

    Same issue on PC as well. Unable to purchase Helix Credits from day one. Wanted to get some for the Time Saver packs and never got the chance.

    Issue still not resolved and no response or updates from ubisoft on the issue

    I have brought the credit issue up in numerous places as well as a support ticket with Ubisoft and have received no response or info on whether the issue is being dealt with. Unfortunately my limited time window with the game has come to an end, as me playing the game is actually part of my job, which now requires me to look at other products, one of which is also developed by yourselves and i can only hope and pray that it has a smooth launch and no issues unlike Unity, i will most likely try and play the game again in my own free time during the Christmas holiday period, and i can only hope that this issue and many others are resolved for the next time i choose to play.
