So I have been playing since release date on Xbox one and it is still telling me I don't own the game very frustrating. Also Paid for the premium app for IOS and Still says I don't own that either. So Long story short, Im Very frustrated that Not only has my game crashed several time and the load time are quite long I cant even enjoy the full potential of this game. I guess I should have bought Master Chief Collection like everyone else I know.

Just got my PS4 digital copy of the Gold Edition and for some reason when I launch Uplay it just welcomes me and gives me the option to return to the game. I can't do anything else, can't redeem any of my points at all. I also can't see the game on my Uplay profile if I log in through my PC. It's as if I don't own the game at all.

EDIT: It seems my Initiates account was reset too, I really hope I didn't lose any of my progress there as they said, right now even Black Flag and such is not synced with the Initiates.

I played this game for about five hours yesterday, I had all this money saved and creed points about 10k each, did some of those way hard enigma things, And I get online early this morning and I have no data at all. Completly gone. I'm really disappointed at something like this it honestly makes me not even want to play the game anymoreI, seeing as I probably won't get a reply from ubisoft or any of my data back.........PLEASE HELP I really have no idea what to do.

All of the game data from every previous Assassins Creed game is gone. My entire history has disappeared. Not sure if the Initiates website is broken in this way, but I really need this to be fixed. All of my data was available on the Black Flag Initiates website, so I do not know why everything is gone now.

when im play the game and want to switch the window using ALT+TAB i get a black screen but still can hear the AC music. please fix that problem.
my pc has the maximum requirements.

Hi ppl...

I need assistance.

I have accessed the site acinitiates and I linked my Uplay account.
My level was detected, but when I go on the XP Breakdown and Assassin's Creed Games, reports that there is no game data.
Being that I played the most during my linked account.

Asks to link my Uplay account to link the games.

Any help?

Hi i just have logged up on the initiates site for the first time i think...
i clicked on the analyze page for the games that i have...and it doesn't show up anything! But in my uplay profile it result Assassin 2, brotherhood and revelations.
I still have to play 3, liberation and blackflag and the 2 new games...but why those three games doesn't show up?
Please help!

Yesterday I had all sorts of issues with both uplay and the companion app. I lost all progress in both the game and the companion app once the companion app synced with the console. Frustrated I shrugged it off and started the game over. I then purchased several items with uplay points, and am unable to equip them in the game. I click on them, the uplay app snaps up and says that they've been purchased and should be accessible but they are not.
Upon restarting the companion app I get to the first nomad training mission and it says I have no assassins to train so I cannot do the mission. I unlocked Elise with uplay points hoping that I could use her and get around the issue but no. It still says I have no assassins and I'm unable to click on the nomad button to activate Elise. I paid the $2 for the upgrade, uninstalled and reinstalled the app hoping that this would work, but no luck.
The game on the console is fun but I want the extras that I paid for and for he companion app to work properly so I can get the most out of the game. Are fixes coming to address these issues?
