it's so weird now I suddenly got the badge of finishing AC II AC BH & AC R but it still tells me I don't own any of the games. my level also jumped to 34 IDK why IDK if this level even exists! What's going on?!

Yes, that is what he wants to tell you. They know, that there is data not showing up. It is still there, though, we are just unable to see it at the moment. Nothing is lost.

Hello Ubisoft. Why is your web companion apps always messed up? I was well past level 12 in acinitates.com after beating Black flag, AC3, AC2, and all companion dlc. But yet when I log onto initiates it tells me my level is once again reset and I start back over. It shows me having 4000xp for beating black flag yet my level is still level 2. Why must your companion web apps never work for all your users? Why even have them? I mean your apps have locked out a good portion of the game. And as a completionist this bothers me greatly. Why link games to Uplay if when Uplay links to acinitiates.com our progress will be reset with every release of a new game???? That and please fix the long loading times for Unity due to trying to reach your servers at the start of the game. How many times must Ubisoft have launch day troubles due to broken companion apps that you all put in them to increase "immersion"? Please fix the synch issue of Uplay and acinitiates.com so all the hours spent playing your fine games will actually reflect according and thus unlocking parts of the game that should be unlocked.

if u dont have been reading up before the post here are a short sum up. every1(!) are back at lvl1 (some 6-8), and ubisoft have gone out in two/three threads and said that they are working on it, and nothing are gone. just not synced.

The Companion App is broken. When it does manage to sync with the game, which is rare, it doesn't allow you to access your content. I just purchased an "exclusive" assassin for the companion app, and it tells me to access it on the xbox one. There is no way to do this, and the app doesn't recognize the purchase. If your going to release a game, release a game that works!
