I have been trying to login to my Uplay to connect all my past assassins creed data together, but it keeps saying that Uplay is unavailable. If this is not the cause, then why can I not log in?

"intermittent" isn't even the word, more like CONSTANT issue! Since the first moment I put the game in (after passing the respective story level that opens up Coop) I have not been able to access initiates or coop; I had plenty of friends online playing at the same time, but it would still show me there were no contacts online and my friends could see me O.o

Coop just has me standing around waiting for a session, while the timer keeps going and there is no way to remove/back out of it. Accessing initiates just gives me an error of "Cannot connect to the server within the time limit". Please tell me this will be fixed VERY soon, I'm enjoying the story but it is sad that one of the BIG reasons I decided to buy the game is not functional and that is a HUGE let down!!

Hello, I logged into Initiates today for the first time.
I used my regular uPlay account, the one associated to my Gamertag. I have played all the AC games so far, and they are all registered in the uPlay account.

Still, in Initiates it appears no game data exists for any of the games.
I've tried relogging after deleting the cookies, but nothing happened.

The exact same thing is happening to me. I thought the achievements not popping on black flag or being absolutely unable to play MP player problems would be fixed by now. I was on the fence about buying Farcry4... now I know Ubi doesn't deserve my money anymore!

it also happened to me exactly the same thing! but even worse! I used initiates when I played AC:BF a year ago and now I tried to log in again and it brought my to level 0 & no progress from level 5 and a lot of progress. it also tells me I don't own any of the AC games although I have them all & I linked them all to my uplay too. initiates was real fun but now its all buggy and I really want them to fix this. because from what's going on now, I think I won't be able to get the initiates in-game bonuses I worked hard for and hoped to work hard for in ACU too, which I'm about to buy tomorrow! UBISOFT I really love AC it's my favorite video game please don't let me down!

Yes, that is what he wants to tell you. They know, that there is data not showing up. It is still there, though, we are just unable to see it at the moment. Nothing is lost.

Check again, and throughout the day. Earlier this morning, none of my games were showing up, yet somehow I was at level 2. Now my games are there, and I'm at level 7. Only thing I don't see are the figurines in my collection, as well as all of the XP I racked up on Initiates earlier in the year, from missions and from lost memories. I'm guessing it's all being imported as separate parts(?).

if u are talkingabout chrome webbrowser: between the house and weblink are a "file" icon,right click -> then first tab and press on view cockies and webpage data -> and remove all the link names in there on aloowed
