thats because initiates isnt fixed yet.

wait for them to say they've fixed their end before you start trying to fix it on yours.

according to the site i'm lvl25 (i dont think i was that high on the alpha), but have only unlocked 1 reward and 2 avatars. And the second avatar has unlocked (and told me about it) 21 times.

Why wouldn't I try and help by posting what I had tried and informing the devs I still have an issue.

Given I had no problems and was level 28 or something on Alpha I don't understand what is taking so long.

I like the claim that no progression will be lost, as I'm on XB1 and ALL my progression was lost.

If they have it on record, it will show your progress for AC2, B, R, and 3. If everything seems correct then they probably do have your data stored on the servers.

Is that why Im stuck at level 5 in initiates? I beat all the other Assassin's Creed games. And it show some badges. But it doesnt say I own any of the games. Plus there are some badges missing from my profile.

I have played and completed all assassins creed games (minus unity and rogue) yet my initiates level is stuck at 1! 0xp earned 0 badges and according to initiates I own none of the games. really annoys me as I cant access any initiates chests

on top of this ive used my uplay points to get the unity soundtrack but I cant download it whyyyyy???


really disappointed at the moment ive loved the other games but unity has turned out to be a glitch unfinished let down

Played every AC from 1 - 3 on my PS3 and now Unity on my PS4. But it hasn't registered a single game on my initiates account. I am still somehow level 4 and managed to get the Edward Kenway outfit. But ofcourse that disappeared.. :/ Will I get it back? I can't re-open the chest I got it from.

how do you buy helix credits?
I've gone into the Estore ingame, it shows me the 5 different packs which i can scroll through, but i cant do anything else?

Same here. Ali the games I have beaten are in my trophy data, why not sync with it like every other game? I'm not going to buy another ps3 and all the games to prove I beat them, this is ridiculous. Try finishing a game before you release it next time please!

Hey I just wanted to clarify if these issues are merely on the console, or when logging on the website as well. Whenever I try and log into my Initiates account, it says can't access my content at this time. Is it something with my account or the website? Any advice on how to fix it would be great, thanks!

Mine is both the website and via the initiates option in game.

Ohh thanks, well i see thay have my gaming info atleast. Wish they just could pull their heads out of the sand and get Initiates working.
