    Lost all progress with my game

    I have completely lost all save game data in game. I can find the save game file in my Xbox one memory and delete the console save but the game syncs the data when i play Unity but then I am at 0% completeion.

    Okay, so since my question/problem hasn't been addressed in the thread I made...

    So... I've used some of my reward points/units for:
    • Assassin Killer Outfit (Cost: 20U)
    • Katana and Wakizashi set (Cost: 30U)
    • AC Rogue Theme pack

    However, this is apparently unavailable in-game (I've tried from the captain's cabin in the ship & from the general store) - it just says 'redeem on Uplay'. I've gone to 'additional content' to see if I have to download these items, but there's nothing there.
    The only thing I've been able to download/use is the Theme pack.

    So, I'm 50 or so units down and I've got nothing.

    I've also completed at least one action (Complete Memory Sequence 1), and haven't received my 10 units for it.

    Help, please?

    Same with uplay, buy staff and dress unavailable ingame still....

    Hey there,

    I've got the Arno: The Fearless Assassin outfit DLC with the figurerine and Arno Dorian's French Rapier and Duelling Pistol with the Elise Figurerine but when I follow the instructions next to the code I get taken to Initiates where apparently my 'Key is Invalid' or something like that.

    I paid a lot of money for this DLc and I'd like to be able to use it while I'm still playing the game. Just wondering what's going wrong? Will the Promotions page be updated because it's looking old next to the new Initiates look?

    What do I do?

    Uplay is completely down at the moment.

    does none of my black flag stuff carry over in initiates? I had a lot of stuff unlocked and now the reward for the Edward avatar is not available it says I need to beat black flag (I already beat black flag) and my rank is gone also.

    Game: Assassins Creed Rogue
    Problem: UPlay not syncing or functioning correctly

    I'm having the same issue as most of you. I 'unlocked' all of the Rogue UPlay items but they have not been released in the game, and additionally, newly earned UPlay points have not unlocked.

    Any ideas on what to do Ubisoft?

    There we are again, hooray! Same **** different year. Hey Dag_B btw.

    I'm on the same boat with Uplay rewards not showing up and actions not counting in Rogue. Initiates rank reset, no progress. Glad to be back on the forums.

    I am having this exact same issue. I would have hoped this would have been something that would have gotten a little more testing since it inhibits 100% completion of the game.
