    The best I've gotten from any and all kinda os interactions with ubisoft is "We are looking into it." After three days of NO ONE being able to get into co-op, thats all they are able to give us. Its like they don't even care

    Lost all my games sync with initiates...

    Hey so I bought Unity and am loving the game so far,

    I noticed though, that on initiates I've lost all my games that were sync'd with it. I have ACII, ACIII, AC Brotherhood, AC Revelations and ACIV. They all currently do not appear on the website and it looks as though I don't have the exp associated with them...

    I was wondering if this is an on-going issue or if this is something I'm experiencing myself alone.

    Would appreciate some help with this.

    If you look at the previous posts in this forum, a lot of people are having issues with this, including me, and in my interactions with UBISOFT so far it seems like they are 'still' working on fixing the issue. Hang in there.

    I seriously do they even beta test games anymore? There's virtually always a release day patch that doesn't really do much and endless bugs for the poor consumer to wade through. This industry if full of morons that can't release a stable game. I'm on ps4 and I have all the same problems initiates has me at level 2 and doesn't acknowledge that I have any of the assassins creed games even though I've finished all of them. Also I can't download the chemical revolutions dlc.

    Enough is enough

    How long is this going to keep going on!! If I was not so stupid and just bought the game and didn't download it i would be bringing it back tomorrow! When co-op is a big if not main selling point on a game you would think that would be the biggest thing to make sure works!! Maybe hire some IT guys worth a damn. Because if it's taking you days to fix a main point on the game then maybe you should look at the department and get better people. This is the only game that is causing me any problems. So. IT IS NOT MY ROUTER!! Stop telling me it F'ng is!! well I guess this is a hell of a way to close down. Because no one is going to want to play anything from someone who can't get a key point of the game to work like it should.

    Don't make us dislike you.

    I'm so glad I finally found a lot of other people with the same problem as me. The campaign and free roam alone are amazing, but I am very much ready to play coop. Every time I try to play online it either never stops loading while I'm trapped in free roam or it tells me there's an error connecting to Ubisoft. I'm on diamond level 4, yet it says I'm a legend? I'm not to the extent to where I'd take the game back, but I'm extremely disappointed that Ubisoft hasn't even fixed (nor acknowledged) a HUGE problem after three days. I haven't even tried using the companion app and I just created a new PSN account and Initiates account, so I cannot really complain about those quite yet. I love Ubisoft's games, and the only reason I haven't turned on Ubisoft is because I've loved their previous games, but please fix the coop so I can continue to like you.

    able to co-op but...

    Sup fellas! I am able to Co op, but for some weird reason when I go to initiate it shows the wrong account. Can't remember how many times I logged in with my account and it shows my tag name "RicanSoldierBoy", but as soon as I back out to the main menu, it changes to "Ben_dover32". What really upsets me is that I paid for the phone app and it won't connect because I'm not "Ben_dover32" . On top of that, if I do any kind of Co op, that's the same one that's getting all the initiate points. I feel so let down by ubisoft, I'm not sure I would like to get anything from them anymore. The ac3 season pass problems still linger in my mind. Soooooo frustrating!!!

    Anybody having this problem?

    Initiates '

    I have been registered with uplay since AC2, and have completed All the games since then except AC3. I registered on Initiates for AC4, and had done several challenges in 3 and 4 before the service went down in June.
    When I tried to connect Initiates to Unity, it said there was no Initiates profile associated with my uplay account. I let it log in and it knew my uplay user name, but it showed that I was only level 1 in initiates.

    On ACInitiates.com I get "Connection failed An error occurred while connecting to your profile. Please try to log in again."
    This same error, over two computers, with a password that I know is correct because it is freshly reset.

    Did I get myself in trouble by trying to link Unity before login in to the new initiates site? Will I ever have access to the site on my computer? Shouldn't uplay know all the events I've unlocked with that service at least?

    Ubisoft doesn't care so stop posting.

    Well if I am here it is obvious I am having issues just like everyone else.. I was actually amazed to see the number of posts however.. It seems that the more Ubisoft releases new games in the last few years there Customer fan base has gotten angrier and angrier.. I remember the days when Ubisoft was known in the gaming industry as a king among valets. They where simply the best. The qualitiy of there releases was great and everyone knew it.

    But something changed not so long ago and not for the best. It seems that when they say we are working on it, that is actual code that means Bug off.. Assassins Creed Unity is just my third ubisoft game this year on xbox one that will not connect to the ubisoft servers.

    I have purchaes Watch dogs on Xbox one and that game won't allow me to play any of the online missions. I have purchased Trials Fusions on Xbox one and again forget connecting online. it is impossible.

    I have purchased 4 other Xbox one titles recently and they all connect online except for any and all ubisoft titles.

    I wrote requesting help , i read forums anywhere I could and yet to no solution. Ubisoft has never acknowledged my problems or written to me at all as to what I may expect in any type of time line. All that said I guess their is only one conclusion. Ubisoft doesn't give a crap about there customers. It's sad to see such a great canadian company go to pièces like that.
    Next week I was planning on buying Far Cry 4 to continue my far cry collection but I have changed my mind. Since Ubisoft doesn't care why should I
