Yesterday I was playing expeirencing these ubisoft errors (says I'm offline when on, no coopfalling through floors etc.) I accept those its a new game it happens, but then after restarting my game amd turning it on againall of my data was erased, I literally had to start the entire story again, this is unacceptable, there's no load options just continue from the auto save, which aftrr starting up it saves, so there was nothing to continue from. What happened to evrything saving online? And why are there no options to choose which save state u load. Ubisoft I'm about done with the assassins creed franchise and all other ubisoft title. Fix your issues or your fans will leave amd you'll turn into THQ.... a joke.

Was able to play PC COOP for a few hours yesterday, but now it is not working once AGAIN. Back to "Please wait..." msg with no end in sight. FFS. Ubisoft, we paid to play your game. You guys should be WORKING 24/7 to get this nonsense straightened out.

i cant believe that in 5years time, you couldnt improve uplay or at least make it work right, same problems every time.

I pray the gods , that you will either get rid of uplay and making another working platform, because when The Division comes out, and if you still have those connectivity issues and/or network issues, ill be done with you forever and i guess a LOT more ppl will be done with ubisoft

Yet another unfinished game released to the loyal gaming community. Pretty upsetting. Ubisoft needs to quit hiring special ed kids to develop their games. Not even an explanation nor do you idiots even address that so many of us have a connection issue. Do games still get tested before being released to the public?...Seriously?? It's to bad gamers really are so loyal to you guys. Otherwise we could actually get something accomplished and boycott moronic companies like this. So much hype all for nothing....AGAIN<--------(keyword). We aren't getting paid to test your unfinished games and tell you what's wrong with them so that you can finally, weeks after release, go back and fix the game...assuming you guys are going to even fix it.

I'm having an issue on the 360. I "purchased" the Ubisoft unlocks for Rogue and when I try to equip them, I get a message that I have to unlock them in Uplay.

I played this game for about five hours yesterday, I had all this money saved and creed points about 10k each, did some of those way hard enigma things, And I get online early this morning and I have no data at all. Completly gone. I'm really disappointed at something like this it honestly makes me not even want to play the game anymoreI, seeing as I probably won't get a reply from ubisoft or any of my data back.........PLEASE HELP I really have no idea what to do.

I started playing PC version from the first hour of release and had over 18 hours of total game play. I last logged off today at about 1:30pm, I started the game at 5PM and I had NOTHING. The damn thing restarted like I never played before. Uplay also states I never played the game, but my stats show otherwise. I tried rebooting and offline mode, but same thing, NOTHING. I'm worried if I restarted I could lose everything.

Ok, ill jump in on this.

Im not fussed about Arno wanting to be 1 with the building and or floor, or seeing inside peoples faces, & best of all the slowmotion fighting. its a new game this stuff happens.

BUTTT what i am not happy with is the inability to play coop... PSN shows me i have 4 people playing ACU, i get on apparently i have no contacts, try and play public? ill just wait in a que that i cant get out of.. no worries -_-
then Iniciates, It says i dont even have ACU? its incapable of syncing.

seriously tho, Multiplayer was ment to be one of the biggest things with this, and ubi my friend you are failing.

I think this issue is more than just not being able to log on with a console. The Initiates website and ubisoft.com show me the exact same "please wait" and have been for the last 25 minutes on my windows 8 laptop. It may be that I'm using IE but this is aggravating. I've never really had any luck with any uplay on any of the previous assassins creed games. I love the games, but I have to admit that im sorely disappointed in Ubisoft for saying they have all these cool companion features and awesome DLC, but cant get any of it to work, I'm honestly impressed the Unity Companion App for Android works. Fixing these issues should be the number one priority for ubisoft right now and they should be willing to put everyone they have to fix it. Worst release day ever...

Actually...the worst release day ever was when EA released a crappy and bug filled SIM CITY last year!!! This is bad yes, but not that bad.

Number me among the poor lost souls who have had their Initiates rank downgraded back to level 1. AC2, Brotherhood, Revelations, AC3, and Black Flag across both PS3 and PC, and Liberation HD only on the PC. Trust me, there is no way on Earth I should be level 1 right now. Should I put off playing Unity until this is fixed? AFAIK, this issue will deny me access to key features within the game. And as I am ALREADY denied OTHER key features hidden behind a companion app I cannot access without a better phone (No downloadable PC version? Really?), I am more than a little put out here.
