    uplay and innitiates problems

    i spent some uplay points last night and it took the points but never gave me my item. i also bought watch dogs witch was a big let down. so i guess we can expect the same crappy service with Division and The Crew. both of which i have pre-ordered but i am seriously removing that money. i really held UBISOFT to a different standard but i guess all gaming companies are starting to not care or be ready for their own game release so why should we be? How are you continuously not ready for your own game launch? (scared money doesn't make money it makes enemies!!!!!!!!!!!)

    Yeah hi. I'm just wondering, did anybody NOT play AC4 black flag? Didn't the same thing happen in that game Ubisoft made as well? I dont know if its the same problem, all I do know is that in ac4 Uplay wouldn't work for me and still doesn't. Now it seems the same thing is happening in Unity? Don't get me wrong, AC is by far one of my favorite franchises of all time since the beginning, but the fact that they still can't get their online ( I'll use the term "Act" instead of a more descriptive and yet more satisfying word) together is very, very dissapointing. Furthermore I am seriously considering following a friend's example by boycotting Ubisoft and refusing to purchase anymore of their games until they decide to stop neglecting all the good people who worked very hard for the money they gamest on their products. I'm not asking for anything more than what I or any of the millions and millions of other good people payed for, I'm just asking for everything offered inside the game that i did pay for to work properly. Sincerely.

    Personally I think its way past time to stand up for ourselves and make Ubisoft well aware that we as a gaming community who invests millions and millions of dollars in there company buy purchasing their products are just not going to stand for this inexcusable lack of support. I also have removed my preorder funds for both The Division and The Crew. Unite my brothers and we shall be heard!!! They say the revolution starts in Unity? I say the revolution starts right here!!!

    issues with all Ubisoft pages/games

    all tho my initiates works fine... i am having issues with synchronization between the ACU companion, Unity and Uplay.
    my issue is this:

    1. i have unlocked a Nomad chest in the companion app but when going to that chest in game it tells me to play Nomad Missions to unlock it... i did, it took 8 hours for my assassin to unlock that chest for me. when clicking on the mission via app it says my assassin will automatically retrieve it in 22 hours, when clicking on the location icon for the chest and setting the Helix marker for the chest the marker shows up in game as it should... but like i said does not allow me to open it in game.

    2. i have done all the Glyph puzzles for Notre-Dame and i did not get the points for the action nor does it say i completed the action.

    3. i have redeemed the Uplay exclusive assassin for use with the Nomad Brotherhood but every time i click her it tells me to redeem her and sends me to the uplay site where it shows her already unlocked, as it should.

    4. i paid 2.40$ for premium features with in the companian app... i got the art and music with this, however it will not play the song when i select it to do so.

    5. from the spin to win game from preorder code, i have yet to recieve the Hook Impaler we all are supposed to get i also won a belt i have yet to see as well.

    6. i redeemed the Uplay exclusive golden spear from Uplay and it also does not show up in my inventory.

    Can we at least get an update on the status of AC Initiates and Uplay? This is getting pretty ridiculous...

    So far I have not received the UPlay points I should have, the game stated I earned them, but they do not show at all, any of them.
    I bought the Season pass and it states I would receive 2 lots of bonus Helix credits, but have not even though there are some showing in the store that do not require money. All I get it that it can't be accessed yet.

    Not sure what else may be missing, but I would really like to have these basic things work, after all I am already resigned to missing out on all the app stuff due to not being rich enough to have a phone that can do that sort of thing. I mean you spend money to buy a console then you spend it for the game you should be able to at least access all of that game from the console. I just hope that they give us a way to do that in the future, so everyone can play all of the game they paid for.

    For now though just fix these current problems please.

    ouch... why didnt you try and retrieve your save data from the cloud? if you havent gotton as far as you were yet i can walk u thru how to do so on PS4 as i also had to do this...

    1. go to Settings
    2. go to Application Saved Data Management
    3. go to Saved Data in Online Storage
    4. go to Download to System Storage
    5. find Assassins Creed Unity (it should be at the top)
    6. click X on it, click select all then download... it should be about 25mb
    7. it will ask if you want to over write, click yes... only if your new data is farther behind then the old data

    some people also bought the premium features for the app, it included Concept art and Music from the game
    the music feature does not work for me... it should be fixed as well especially because i paid for that feature.
    as for your problem initiats and you play can be accessed via internet, im sure what ever console ur on (i know for sure PS4) has a browser.
    the App however is only for smartphones and im sure you can use a friends... all it is is just a click to find game... you can also complete Nomad Missions which after the first 2 sets takes a lot of wait time so you can set it up so you only need to borrow a friends phone once every so often haha... after each set it will unlock ingame chests (when its working) and in game gear (when its working) for me it has issues.

    Uplay/initiates data not working

    I have played every AC game and completed every game 100%. I should be a WAY higher level initiate than 5. I had this same problem when Black Flag came out. Initiates is not syncing all my game play data. What is the deal. This has been a problem for WAY to long. Are there any plans to fix this? Is anyone there working on this? I'm not the only person on this thread with these problems. Simply deleting your cookies doesn't fix the issue. FIX NEEDED ASAP.

    elise is not a Nomad Brotherhood assassin she is just a 3D avatar for your Uplay account profile... you should have unlocked Angeliqua (or what ever her name is) however i unlocked her and it wont let me redeem her anyways.
    i also paid the 2.40$ for the damn premium upgrade... and my music feature doeant work...
    im sure it will be fixed soon just give it time... i know they are working on uplay right now cuz it says so haha hopefully this fixes the app issues and app to game sync issues.

    Does this include redeemed Uplay rewards still being locked in game and also the companion app not unlocking nomad chests and Altair suit?
