whilst playing AC3 and Blackflag, i spent alot of time on initiates (alpha or beta ?) and was around lv20 or so, but it hadn't synched AC2. Then my rank dropped to 11 , as did a lot of peoples, and we where all guaranteed that our rank and stats had not been lost, and that it will be fixed soon and to please bare with them. So we all kept patient, really patient, for like 2 years whilst waiting, i managed to level back up to 16 i think it was, to then find out when i started unity, that id been reset to lv 5 !!
So again, i kept patient and waited for the website to come back online, during which time i changed my profile name, as the one i had was about 6 years old and stupid.

now that initiates seems to be sort of back online, i've gone to check my account to see if my rank has been restored, just to find that im now rank 1, with no synched games apart from unity, and its reverted back to my old user name.

my uplay account has my new name, itami sama, and shows all the assasins creed games ive completed, which is all of them.
so how am i meant to get my rank back ? As uplay is connected to innitiates but not transferring data it seems, and when i sign into innitiates through uplay, it still shows my old name at rank 1.
Ive spent alot of time in these games,and on innitiates as Assasins creed is one my favourite franchises,and it now seems that after waiting 2 or more years, that all my data has been lost. I cant exactly go through fully playing every assasins creed game again, just to get a rank back on inniates that i already had, but now you're starting to tie it into the actual games,its not just stats on a website, so im missing out on stuff in game, not to mention the achievements i now cant get because i cant get a few chests.Especially bad seeing as how long ive put into the companion app to get those worthless chests so that i can 100% synch the game like i always do.

i feel very disapointed and let down,especially as we where promised(for years) that our data was not lost and would be restored.And its not like i havent been patient.

Bit of a long rant i know, but im completely fed up with this now, and as much as i love assasins creed, this has deffinately put a massive dampener on it

Ubisoft, I wonder why you do things more and more complicated. AcRev, AC3, AC4 and freedom cry, all at 100%.
Yet the site "initiates" has not linked any games through Uplay account.There are even instructions.
I enjoyed the rewards of many games with Uplay. But of initiates as if I did not exist.They are level one, like many others.
Why create things that do not work ??? Why ??
Already Each game you create is full of bugs.
Please stay focused on one thing. And please,don't create a thousand others that do not work ..

You have synchronized the site initiates ??? Have you solved the problems ??
I think not. To me it appears that the previous games are zero.
Now only ACUnity is synchronized.
Of course that is already a step ahead.
I'm really disappointed.
You could not add the chests of gold. Did you certainly more beautiful figure.

i have an issue with initiates in general, i can't access it, it's coming up with errors, and i have found no solution

For me, I've started getting XP in Initiates, but only for Unity. Checking my info on the link posted on a previous page shows that I have information on the servers for all 4 previous games, but that data hasn't been updated in Initiates. It's nice that I'm earning XP now, but with all the chests scattered around in Unity that require higher levels in the Initiates thing, I'd like to get credit for all my past work.

Honestly, I wouldn't even care if it weren't for all the chests scattered around in Unity that I can't open. They annoy me.

So I'm playing Assassin's Creed 3 on an xbox 360, and I have 50 uplay tokens, but whenever I try to get a reward, it does a loading thing for a second, then just stops, and I'm not able to get the reward. Am I doing something wrong or what?
