Here are some of my issues with the functionality of the game.

1. Getting stuck on climbing obstacles
2. Falling through the floor
3. Not being able to see my friends list or connect to any Ubisoft services
4. Can't withdraw from co-op que.
5. Server instability and players constantly disappearing
6. Incorrect names of party members.


Please fix these issues as soon as possible. Its a major let down considering that this is a game promoted on the basis of co-op and playing together.

Yeah, so I purchased some helix credits and it shows that the purchase have been confirmed and made and yet I still haven't got any of my helix credits yet. Why is this happening?

We recognize that there are intermittent issues for gamers playing Assassin’s Creed Unity accessing Initiates and some Uplay services. We’re actively working to solve these issues. Gamers can be reassured that no progress data associated with these services will be lost. Gameplay on all platforms and Uplay login for PC is not impacted. We apologize for any inconvenience.

So i digitally purchesed AC unity on my ps4, but there are alot of texture glitches and the co-op doesnt work, it says the Ubisoft servers are unavailable, all this is after the patch... Any advice?

Try the following to get some XP back:

Logoff from the Initiates page. (At the bottom of the page "Settings" and there "Logoff").
Delete your Cookies. (This works different for all browsers but I am sure Google will help )
Login again.

When I did this, the page fetched all game related info new. I now have the XP for progress, the badges for finishing the games/playing multiplayer and my collection (which for me only included the games) is up-to-date.

There are still some things missing, like all badges that were Initiates related but it might give you at least some XP back. I think the rest needs to be implemented later, there we have to be patient.

Having in mind your post in the Initiates thread I'm guessing you want me to detail my problems in this thread. Very well.
Even though most of the games already syncyed, somehow III and Liberation HD didn't, most of the multiplayer synced but wasn't awarded EXP.

Next, one of the games synced correctly BUT in the wrong platform. I looked, but haven't found a button to change that like in the old Initiates site.

So far those are my concerns, I'm guessing with time everything will pick up it's place. Just hope it doesn't take the time it took to reopen Initiates.

bug report1: everytime you log in, you get the message

When u look in collection on the three McFarlane Series 2 toys, they say when unlocked all u get the "Three Warriros" bage. problem are: the badge are named: "Give me liberty"

assassins creed IV blackflag multiplayer 55/55 exp: 70/2500(think it might be something general cause some have had save with other games)

This did not sync any of the games I have nor restore any of the levels, badges, etc.

UPDATE: Back to normal, level 12, everything appears to be in place again - thanks mates!

I am still waiting for my hack credits, I woke up hopping that it's there now but it's now it's still missing. What's taking forever?!?! I purchased my hack credits and still not received any even though it shows in my bank account that the purchase is confirmed.

Yeah none of my previous games are linked AND my edward outfit disapeared
