    I've had several issues regarding the Helix Credits. The purchase went through just fine, but actually getting equipment is frustrating. It says theres a pending transaction on the server (because the initial purchase failed to contact the server with some error code resembling 0x7000001), but when I reload the game, the credits are back in my account and no gear has actually been purchased.

    The other issue is that the game does not recognize that I've played the AC Companion App nor does it seem to recognize any progress I've made in AC Initiates or UPlay. Items are still locked (such as outfits) even though I've unlocked certain requirements.

    Basically, my game does not recognize what I've done outside of the game.

    I had issues with co-op yesterday. I opened an initiate chest and got the connor master assassin outfit and like 1500 coin from another initiate chest and the co-op glitched out and the lady I was supposed to follow stopped moving.. Eventually gave up trying to get her to move . Left co-op and now the outfit is gone and I can't re-open those initiate chests in single player.

    Intermittent? Have you read through this thread? It surely looks this is not working. Come on you can do better than that.

    Any update on this? uPlay rewards are still not working and AC Initiates has big holes in games that I know I've played and finished.

    I linked my game with Initiate on Xbox One yesterday, and today I logged on Initiate on my internet browser and it said I just joined Initiate today... as if I created 2 account for Initiate... but I didn't. I used my Uplay Account on my internet browser and my Uplay account is linked with my Xbox Live Profile... I hope it won't glitch out? I can't even access Uplay on Xbox One.

    Doesn't show my games!

    I connected to the initiates site, and it shows that I'm level one. The site doesn't see my games, when I check the XP BREAKDOWN page, it shows me to link the games to my Uplay profile, which they obviously already are, because of that it doesn't see any of my game progress and doesn't it award me any xp.

    Wtf!!!!!!!!

    Is AC:Unity going to get fixed or should I just sell the piece of crap? Our government doesn't blow half as much smoke up our butts as Ubisoft (aka The New EA) does.

    Frustrated

    thia is bs my data magically disappeared at 2am nd now it's 5:30pm nd still it's not back.... Did I just realy wasted my time just to loose it all... Not only tht but I also lost the uplay points I wasted in the game that is sad
