    I can't every time I try to submit a ticket it won't let me, I'm assuming you mean ask a question, every time I try to ask a question, I hit ask the question, then it takes me back to my question info but in the product field it is blank. I try to type in assassins creed but nothing shows up and my question will not submit. I even checked in my asked questions and nothing is there.

    I called into support and they wrote up a ticket for me, said the devs were having alot of people with the same issue as I. (Ordered Helix credits yesterday over 12 hours ago, didn't get them). They said they are working on fixing it and didn't have a time table for me getting my credits, they just said as soon as possible . So there ya go people your credits will be here "as soon as possible" which could be days nobody knows....

    So what we have all learned is to never buy from the cash shop. I'm actually surprised of all the buggy issues they've had this is the one that got through QA. Usually the cash shop is the one thing they always want working so people will buy points for gear etc... It's rookie mistake really. Also I know we are supposed to create a ticket. But HOW exactly? That link doesn't allow us to actually create a ticket, just ask a question to which there is no answer on the Helix issue. I'd prefer to not wait on the phone for an hour to create a ticket and waste more time. But if I get home from work today and I still don't have my points I guess I'm gonna have to call and if I do I'm just gonna say hell with it and ask for a refund instead. I'll spend my money on another game instead.

    AC Unity PS4

    All this game is doing is proving that they don't blend well with players that want to grind or earn what they get. Instead they sell packs to help you become powerful and make it easy to the finish line. What ever happened to gaming? What ever happened to getting a game and on day one you didn't have to worry about connecting to a community or a app? or the controls not running smoothly? You guys at UBI really postponed the game a month and didn't find these problems? What the hell do you guys do when you test the game? Give it to amateur players that earn more than what they should and do nothing? Quit making games connect to the internet is the first problem. They need to earn my trust back before i throw money at that sh*t ever again. I have played every AC and I am trading this game in today. I have completed the story line and tried playing online but somehow my player jumps threw a barrier to fall threw the map lol. This game is endless hope and dissatisfaction for true gaming communities.

    Really?? Still nothing?? Ordered my points about 18 hours ago and still have not received them. I tried to submit a support ticket but after I filled out all the fields and hit submit, it was not showing up that it went through.

    If I do not receive the points soon or hear back from Ubisoft, I guess the next step is to go to my bank about this transaction to get my money back, as for the time this feels like defraudation.

    The following is not an official fix, but something to try - please try rebooting the console fully - loading the game and check if your Helix credits are there!



    If not, please post your PSN ID's [or Xbox One tags - in case you are here but are playing on Xbox One]


    We will then forward your ID's to our teams so they can investigate further.



    Once again - sorry for the delays in getting your credits to you all!
