It is all a connection issue with Uplay. For me, closing out the game completely and restarting seems to fix it for a couple mins, before the connection is lost again. You will get your points though, no worries

Same issue here on XB1. Bought the 3200 helix pack about 2 hours ago.... still haven't gotten em :\

Unfortunately I'm in the same boat... It's been quite a while and still no luck, although I magically have 120 HC... o.O

Still waiting on the other 3200 to pop up somewhere. Wanting to enjoy the game and I'm frustrated by this so far.

Maybe Ubisoft will be kind to us and honor some extra creds for the inconvenience?

Same, I ordered the 3,200 pack but got only 100. And for some odd reason it gave me an extra one helix.

Recently purchased the 3,200 pack, and my previous 220 now became a dash, what's up with that? I guess I'll be submitting a ticket in regards to this.

Edit: It is now fluctuating between 221 and a dash. Also, is it natural for your ticket just not show up under the "My Question History" tab in the support page?

Same issue here. I attempted to purchase 19.99 I didn't see that it worked so I thought there was an issue with it so I tried it again. Looked on my card statement and it shows 2 charges. I also tried to get some rewards with Uplay points and that too didn't work. Show's I'm connected to Uplay too... or at least I can go to it through the main menu. Also I tried to do a ticket based on the link provided but all it does is go to a Q&A thing, no where to start a ticket. I'll wait till tomorrow but if I login and don't see my points I'm gonna be pretty frustrated. If you're going to have a cash shop you should probably make sure it's working properly before opening it up.

I'm having this issues on xbox one so it's cross platform and deffs the uplay server , now for me I had the starting amount of 500 helix and now it's gone when I finally need it. Still sucks but I can't imagine buying 100$ worth of points and it not working.

Same issue here. Bought a $19.99 pack on PS4, almost 4 hours ago, and nothing. No extra Helix, or 120, or whatever. Just nothing. I tried rebooting my console, but this didn't help.
