two packages today at 2:44am / 3:12am. And now...10pm nothing in my account. PS4 reboot done many times..

So i realy hope we get a solution for this problem. Because... we spend mondy BECAUSE we don't want to wait!!

The following is not an official fix, but something to try - please try rebooting the console fully - loading the game and check if your Helix credits are there!



If not, please post your PSN ID's [or Xbox One tags - in case you are here but are playing on Xbox One]


We will then forward your ID's to our teams so they can investigate further.
