Actually spent money on Helix points (what can I say, I wanted the Katana and didn't want to wait to make enough in-game money) and they're not showing up in the game. Is this a Uplay issue? Do you not actually see the points until later in the game? Did I just get robbed?

I am having the same issue on the Xbox One

This happened to me. I was about to post when I reset the game one more time and had my Helix credit show up. It took about 55 minutes for it to appear in-game. Don't get too frustrated just yet. It'll probably show up for you soon.

I'm also having this problem. But I bought two packs and only one of them showed up for me.

yeah same here on PS4 been 3hrs and still no helix credits, contacted customer support they said its a known issue so i guess i'll just have to wait

I am having the same issue on xbox one, I hope this is resolved soon. Update: So it gave me 100 Helix credits and i ordered the pack that has 3200

I'm having the same issue. I purchased the 3200 helix pack, nothing showed up for hours, and now it's showing that I have 121 Helix...

The fact that the only online feature that has connected successfully was the Helix purchase section is a real humorless joke.

Frustrating launch so far.

Unfortunately I'm in the same boat... It's been quite a while and still no luck, although I magically have 120 HC... o.O

Still waiting on the other 3200 to pop up somewhere. Wanting to enjoy the game and I'm frustrated by this so far.

Maybe Ubisoft will be kind to us and honor some extra creds for the inconvenience?

Recently bought the 50$ pack, then minutes later bought the 10$ pack. After an hour or so, the 2nd package ( 10$ ) showed up first. Haven't recieved the 50$ pack.. yet.
