What is the trick behind Buzzsaw Paradise and Balance Avenue?

    Hi,

What is the trick in "Buzzsaw Paradise" ? Obviously, there is platform above the cycling saw but I don't know how to reach it.

Also, how to pass the fragile platforms near the end of "Balance Avenue"? I have no single clue. Even the technique of "Stitched Path" isn't working.

I even passed The Quagmire and earned gold and it was easy.

    My Mantis is 8,9,9,9

    Thanks.

Buzzsaw Paradise.....you can do surprisingly well without ever getting on the 2nd saw platform (ie just drop between the blades); like at least rank 200, and platinum. So you should be able to get good enough to see a ghost demonstrate it to you. Some people flip over to the platform; some do sort of a bunnyhop; mostly, you need some decent momentum before the jump. Use whatever technique works best for you.

Balance Avenue... just skip across; bounce the back wheel off the top of the fragile platforms; really its not that much different than Stilted Path (do you have Stilted Path yet?) Like Buzzsaw, its all about getting some good momentum before the jump. Balanced Avenue is consistently considered one of the hardest tracks to get the hang of, so just practice and watch the ghosts

Your Mantis is more than good enough for these.

    will do this also

EDIT: no luck, I can't get my front wheel down after the jump to take enough speed and make the hop correctly.
darn woodwork has hardened my fingertips the ability to play has been shortened to about 15mins... :/ after that it doesn't register my touches correctly.

Try to land on the back wheel near the step, once you touch the ground, lean forward and climb the step.
PS : i know you can do it, you are truly a good rider.

Try my ghost also. I flip on to the platform above the saw and then ride on you back off it. Lean forward as you come off and usually you can get you back wheel over the gap too.

I struggled for a long time with both these levels. Balance Avenue was so hard to do and just takes practice and that one good run. Good luck.

Got over the saw, on the backwheel several times, but usually i bump my front wheel too hard on the landing and backwheel don't make it.
Or I fail to make ollie on next rock because the landing isn't so perfect.

Once i got over the saw on both wheels and managed to get faster to the last gap than mkbennanis ghost, but I failed the hop... :/

Keep trying dude! I think I might also do a mid-air bunny hop but can't remember exactly.

@floodi : Since you got The Purifier, i assume that you managed to get over that leaned surface with a step on Daredevil Paradise, a bit similar that what you have troubles with in Buzzsaw Paradise. So use the same trick and let me know if it works.

Somehow, playing Buzzsaw Paradise is starting to get doable to me but what about the last obstacle at the end? Any tips how to pass it?
Also, before the fragile platforms, there is one climb and one dandling box. Is it possible to jump over the box and avoid the climbing ?
