    Yeah. Some didn't get shipped, so they're giving us a 10% discount & then ignoring us. The game came out on Friday, but I'm still waiting for it to be shipped on Sunday. I really wanted it before Monday, but now I've given up hope of even getting it before Tuesday. They can't even ship the damn games days after they found out we haven't got them.
    Tuesday? HAHA, if they ship my order on Monday...and thats a big if at this point, I won't get it til at least Thursday...if I dont get a shipping confirmation by Wednesday I'm calling the store yet again and demanding more of a discount or a free AC Unity season pass.

    So I got an e-mail 30 min ago with shipping details, but when I use the tracking number UPS say it doesn't exist

    Appreciate all your help Shade, I have been in contact with the store support regularly and unfortunately they have told me that my order hasn't left the warehouse yet, so I am keeping my fingers (and everything else) crossed that I receive some good news on Monday

    Not having much success with support. When I do get a reply, it's taken ages, and it's real band-aid response. Nobody is interested in engaging me properly about my complaint. I've written concise, lengthy enquiries that are responded to with a couple of quick sentences basically telling me to wait. I've waited for almost a week.

    Same here, Their response if any is like you mentioned "band-aid".

    I'm gonna wait it out by Friday, If not i'll drop an email to cancel the entire order and after which they will lose me as a customer.

    So as usual no response from support since their robotic reply of delay + 10% disc on the 15th Nov.

    Sound off if your status is like moi;

    No email in my inbox/spam etc.
    No charge to card(Wife's)
    Order status in uPlay shop is: Order in Process
