haha okay, at fiirst i tried what flippant9 wrote. full gas drive three times treehouse (i think not this was unimportant)
after that a go to coal town.
the first round i took the jackal, second run with the marauder und the third run was with the mantis.
tada at the end logging camp appear in lootwheel wtf?
damn gems i have spent for but now i have also all 114 tracks. papam.

can someone reproduce my way?

So far still sounds more and more like this:

I think that you have to play tier2 or higher tracks to have a chance of seeing a tier2 loot wheel track; play only tier3 to get a tier3, etc. It was never proven but nobody could remember that not always being the case.

I played Crane Yard last night, got Canary Street and Coal town maps on loot wheel both 2 times in about 10 runs, don't have any gems, so missed all.

Just now played Garbage route and got Logging Camp !
