The editor is available in the beta and we'll move tracks from the beta to the main game.
Also, the 10 tracks at launch will quickly be followed by user created tracks in TC on all platforms.

To have a number of "Fusion Community" tracks ready will make a huge impact on launch,
Also on a more complicated note, if "FC" tracks could make there way into online matches
I know that might not be an easy thing to do,
But I think I read that community tracks will be making there way to tournaments...so, already half way there

Just to precise: At the moment, the public matchmaking will only have RL tracks (for a lot of design and technical reasons). We'll probably have a look in the future to change it but not now.

Yes, you can already when you choose your tracks for private matchmaking you can choose from Redlynx tracks, favorites track from TC and local saved tracks.
