    Purchase Glitch [moved from wrong forum]

    Not sure if this is the right place to put this, but I purchased a gem pack for 10$ and it didn't go through, so I purchased sa second and it did go through. But as I suspected I was charged for BOTH packs. I request a refund. Obviously that probably won't happen but I just wasted my birthday iTunes card and that really pisses me off. I only have the one pack currently, and I didn't want the 20$ pack because I actually wanted to save my money.

    iOS version) 8.02 (the most recent one)
    Game version) 2.5.0 (the pumpkin one)

    This can be taken care of, but you will need to submit a ticket to support.ubisoft.com with all of the information you posted here as well as any receipts that you have. If you can do that and then PM me your ticket number, I'll see if I can push support a bit to process your refund.

    I submitted through the in-game as well as posting on here. I'll pm the number as well. Thank you very much

    Also where would I find these receipts? I don't believe these kind of purchases can have receipts
