Does it worth to upgrade the tank size?

    Hi,
Bigger tank == higher loading time
Not sure if that helps in those pumpkins missions.
The only nice thing is the full fuel you got (once and only once).
    What do you think?
    Thanks.

most of us have upgraded our tank size plenty. its hard to play the game without doing so.

Certainly worth upgrading the tank but buy the 95 gem +5 tank size as it's much better value than doing it one step at a time. I wish I had realised that earlier in the game.

thats not really true. someone broke it down and determined buying the 20 gem +1 tank is actually best game value because you get a refill each time. Spending 95 gems gets you +5 and 1 refill. 100 gems gets you +5 and 5 refills. so for 5 extra gems you end up getting more gas and play time.

That was true at one time, but at some point RL got wise and made a slight change.

If your tank is full, the +1 "Tiny Tank" upgrade does cost 20 gems. If your tank is not full, they adjust the gem cost higher based on how full you are. So if you are on empty, the TinyTank cost is well over 30... and the cost is ever higher if you are empty with a larger tank (I think I remember my ID with a fuel tank of 133 had a cost of 40+ gems for a TinyTank).

    Its.... evil.

Yes, when your tank is full its cost is 20. But that means you cant buy 5 TinyTanks for 100 gems and also get the side benefit of a new full tank of fuel for every one, like we could before.

Right now, at 4/151 fuel, I can get +1 fuel tank and a refuel cost 49 gems (49 gems per +1), while +5 fuel and refuel costs 95 gems (19 gems per +1). The choice is pretty easy for me.

Also, I highly recommend upgrading your fuel tank.

Its much different when you have a smaller tank. Right now my tank is 4/52 and a +1 is only 20 gems. It makes more sense to do that 5 times and enjoy the five refills

You're actually just about at the limit of that, sriskus; the +1 is 20 gems when you're missing 0-49 fuel, then it starts getting more expensive starting at 50.

Personally, I've increased my tank size all the way up to 164 (with a +1 on Lotz that'll get me to 165 tomorrow). Would be nice to get up to 240 or so so that I could have it recharge all night...
