I kept my expectations low, and by the looks of it i was correct in doing so. no tdm mode is a bad idea.

I think it's a bit too early to tell. I feel like I should be open minded to something new.

I definitely want two equal teams on TDM and DOM game modes with custom maps and vehicles, but I don't know how this new thing works yet, so I'm in an passive state right now =P

It's very difficult to balance an asymmetrical PvP experience without a lot of testing. You are paying to be beta testers, that is if they stick around long enough to actually attempt to balance it.

Dude that means that they are using P2P again, this kind of games need dedicated servers, 5 vs 5 on high range maps is a total JOKE!
